One day after hands-on photos of the Galaxy S20+ leaked out, details on another one of Samsung’s upcoming flagship phones have surfaced.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra is expected to be the top-end model of Samsung’s new Galaxy S20 series, and today we’re getting several specs for the 5G model. According to XDA-Developers‘ Max Weinbach, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will have a 108MP main camera along with a 48MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom and a 12MP ultra-wide cam.
Samsung is expected to offer 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options for the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, and there will reportedly also be a microSD card slot in case the built-in storage isn’t enough for your needs. You’ll be able to use microSD cards up to 1TB in size.
When it comes to RAM, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will reportedly have 12GB and 16GB options. That 16GB option would be more RAM than any of Samsung’s Galaxy S and Note flagships last year.
The battery powering the whole Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G package is said to be a 5000mAh pack. That’s a pretty beefy battery, but the good news is that Samsung will reportedly include 45W fast charging support that’ll get you from 0% to 100% in 74 minutes.
These spec leaks suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is going to be a pretty powerful device. The Galaxy S series is a flagship lineup of phones for Samsung, and with the jump from S10 last year to S20 this year, we could see Samsung going all-out for a new beginning for its Galaxy S series.
